Communication is terrible with staff and clients. They do what they want and nothing that you want or need. worst management i’ve ever seen. I could write a novel based on my bad experience with Caregivers. I highly recommend you go to a different agency for yourself/loved ones.
(i’ve seen past reviews stating the same, so they clearly haven’t changed anything considering i recently left them for all the same reasons)

I've been a longtime client of this company the biggest issue they have is communication. for the last 3 weeks I've had nine different workers. I only have 12 hours a week. some of these workers were even male and I prefer female. there has been countless times where I had no idea who was coming in cuz they didn't tell me. I didn't find out till I got a knock on the door. so after almost 15 years I decided to leave them. it was stressing me out. I hope they resolve their issues with the workers and the clients.
