Unfortunately we were located outside their service area but spoke with a lovely representative on the phone. Was very helpful in diagnosing potential issues with our refrigerator. Wouldn’t hesitate to call on them in the future for parts and service.
Walked into the repair shop thinking I was going to need a new fridge and stove. Explained what was happening with the stove and he knew right away what was wrong. Explained the fridge issue and again he had a really good idea what the issue was. Came home, had the stove fixed in minutes. Have now ordered a part for the fridge. Should have that fixed by next weekend. All cost me $70.00. This shop is fantastic and so knowledgeable in their field!
