Friendly staff, knowledgeable. Pleasure to speak with.The guys who installed our heat pump were, well, just amazing! I laughed so much with Nick, Josh and … I knew I’d forget one of their names (I’m so sorry!) because we laughed and joked when they first came in! When Shawn Porter, the electrician came, it was like I knew him all my life! An amazing group of gentleman, I couldn’t have asked for any better. They treated me with respect and were very mannerly. They did a great job, definitely!! I have a chihuahua who hates everyone, no joke. A few things had to be finished with the install, so they sent 2 young men the next day. The overall experience was exceptional. The installation crew was respectful and diligent. The installation was timely and efficient. Crew briefed us on the operations. The actual system came as advertised, with a functionality that has exceeded our expectations. In addition , the support we received from customer service and all office matters, was exceptional.
