Pet Valu is a locally owned store with a great selection of pet products. The store is clean and the staff are amazingly friendly, helpful, and pleasant. Employees offer excellent customer service, approaching customers to answer questions and offer tailored solutions. They go above and beyond, showing patience and love for animals, even helping to fit pets for items like harnesses. The business supports the local SPCA. Customers recommend it and plan to return.
I went in to get a harness for my wild and crazy German short hair pointer. He’s very excitable since he’s only one. The store manager and her associate were so kind and helpful fitting him for a harness. The manager had so much patience and love for animals. Thank you both very much for all the help. Duke looks pretty sharp in his new harness.
Home on Holidays and need food for my Service dog, great service, friendly and very helpful, didn't get his right food but got second choice. This place is Ryder and Yance approved and recommend for sure.
