Chris has been our HVAC hero for over 20 years. He is honest, dedicated, timely, professional, and very knowledgeable. He is also very easy to get along with. A few weeks ago, we returned home from vacation to a house with an indoor temperature of 39F. Chris was at our home within an hour. The blower motor died while we were away. Chris replaced the motor and right-sized the capacitor. We had heat within several hours of calling Chris. I don’t know what we’d do without him. When we replace our furnace, we’ll call Chris.

I can’t thank Chris enough! We had issues with our thermostat and he came out and replaced it as well as our air filter! He was so knowledgeable and nice and just made sure we were comfortable using the thermostat before he left. I would use him again in an instant!!

Another great find with Arctic Heating & Cooling. I called up after the recent cold patch we just had due to our system not being able to keep the temps up in the house. Chris called me back within 10 minutes and set a date to come take a look at the whole system. Chris was able to come a day earlier then originally planned which was great because I was home. He was at my house in 15 minutes and took a look at our whole system. What I was worried was going to be a major problem, turned out to be improper installation of our air handler and an incorrect thermostat for our system.
