About two weeks ago I had my basement waterproofed. The waterproofing job itself seemed to be a very good job. The head of the crew and workers very polite and I agreed informative . Anthony the crew leader was excellent in explaining everything to me. But, I went to wash clothes today for the first time since the installation. the drain hose must not be corrected properly and all the drain water is on the floor. I find that funny since i called to waterproof my basement and now I have water and can not continue to wash unless i want a mess. also they removed doors from there hinges and did not reattach them .Patrick from the company came and reattached one only, to fine out anther which i hadnt' realize was off. I had a plumber here already to fix the hoses to washer machine with hot and cold water. they did not leak before they were disconnected but, leaked when they reconnected them. lastly they do not pick up their personal trash. I had to do that also. I treated the crew very well and again they were very respectable and polite. Kind of disappointed in some ways> hope the job they did does not disappoint me. I am 79 and can do these repairs myself and i paid dearly for the job. Can not afford to continue to pay to correct the issues.
