Literally the worst experience I've had of any kind for this type of service. First of all they don't seem to know how to schedule the work. They pretty much show up whenever they want to even though a pre determined appointment has been set. Secondly, they walked into my house and did whatever they wanted to without trying to figure out what the problem is or why I had called them in. They decided to ask my temporary roommate who had no clue to what was going on instead of trying to get a hold of me to confirm the issue as I was not home. These geniuses walked right past a cave cricket nest on my deck which is what needed to be removed. They strolled for 5 minutes and left without fixing the problem. When I called them to ask about this, they had the audacity to tell me to "just take another day off of work" to deal with these incompetent fools. Some people work serious jobs where they can't be home whenever businesses like this decide to show up. Explains why they take payments before hand. They do this so that no one can hold them accountable for miserably poor service.
