The waiting area is clean and the receptionist is helpful. Doctors are knowledgeable and patient, explaining procedures thoroughly and answering all questions. Patients appreciate the caring and diligent office staff who treat them like family.
I have my infusion therapy here at GANJ and have always had a very positive experience. I'm not sure if this is the same for all treatments here but the staff is friendly, supportive, and always kind when scheduling my next appointment. I've never experienced any issues. My main doctor is Dr. David and the NP and nurses I work with for my infusion are always great!
My mother, sister and I had a appointment here. We walked in to a clean waiting area and we were greeted as soon as the receptionist hung up the phone. All of the staff was very friendly. The doctor was patient and knowledgeable.
Took my father there for a colonoscopy from the minute we walked in the door for the consultation to the actual procedure we felt comfortable and welcomed. Dr Pavlou was amazing and treated my father like family. He explained everything with time and answered all of our questions. The office staff was caring and diligent in their work and also treated us like family. I highly recommend Dr Pavlou and his staff. Best Gastroenterologist.
