Moral of the story...don't be afraid to speak up if something doesn't seem right (no matter how small). I felt very discouraged and embarrass I didn't even bother asking Jeffrey M. Whitworth and Rosaline Ahkami all of my questions because both of them made me feel like all my questions were stupid Felt like all my questions were being rushed. but you have to understand that you need to dummy down sometimes and explain your patience your medical terminology. But you know what looking at all these reviews I’m not surprised that your office is at a 1.8 review at a one star

If I could, I would rate this zero stars. The office is a disorganized ZOO. I waited an hour past my appointment time to be seen. The doctors are greedy overbookers with not an ounce of bedside manner. I feel so bad for the girls who are sitting behind the desk because theyre clearly run ragged by these money hungry doctors.

I went to this place back in 2022, and from the beginning the service was awful! The receptionists there were disrespectful of my time and the Dr. Akhani was disrespectful of my concerns and worries. I don't know why they are still an establishment and how they have people still going there, but if your new and reading this please DON'T GO! It will save you heartache!If you have NJ family care or you don't have any other options for a dermatologist, please save yourself and don't go! I have NJ Family Care and although this place was covered by my insurance its not worth your time and money. It might be hard to find someone else who will look at you but its better to wait...read full review
