Harry from the PT department is absolutely wonderful! He is kind, patient, encouraging, and truly caring. He goes above and beyond to help people with dignity and compassion, and it really makes a difference. I also want to recognize the many other staff members who have shown kindness and dedication as well. Thank you all for the great care you provide every day!
After almost 6 weeks at the facility, my mother was released. There are not enough positives. I can state regarding her care. Everyone involved in her care was professional, thorough, and thoughtful. Special shout out to Al, Marie, Nina and Cate of the nursing staff for the exceptional care they gave her. Her PT and OT nurses, Lauren, Caitlyn and Colleen, were outstanding. The Activities group, Dean and Daniel, lighten the mood with fun and creative activities. I do know the prior ownership did not provide excellent service. My husband went to Woodcliff Lake Health and Rehabilitation Center after spending 10 days in Englewood Hospital.
Joe spent close to 4 weeks at Woodcliff Lake Health & Rehabilitation Center.
He had a wonderful experience. He wasn’t able to walk due to cellulitis & needed surgery. He needed a facility to help him recover without issues.
We were told of WLH&R by a family member. Joe’s experience was over the top. I have to totally agree. The staff - and I mean everyone we met —were devoted in making the patient & family members comfortable and at ease with the facility.
