I have both my mother and my mother in law here for the last 6 months. Honestly the staff care so much for them. They go above and beyond to make sure that they are happy and healthy. This facility treats them like family. I highly recommend Woodcliff Lake rehab and I’m so grateful for the support and care they provide!
Everybody has been so great I have no complaints. The food is great. And the service has been good. And physical therapy when I have it is good. I like to have it 2 times a day. All of the therapists are great, all the recreation are great. Lauren and harry and Caitlin, Patrick, Chris, Violeta, from therapy are amazing. Jimmie is very very nice. Gina the head of admissions is very warm and welcoming and Mercedes the unit clerk is as well. And Daniel the concierge is super nice too! Dean, Danielle and malika from recreation are phenomenal!
Harry from the PT department is absolutely wonderful! He is kind, patient, encouraging, and truly caring. He goes above and beyond to help people with dignity and compassion, and it really makes a difference. I also want to recognize the many other staff members who have shown kindness and dedication as well. Thank you all for the great care you provide every day!
