Mornings are tough for me. I wake up with pain and stiffness in my lower back every day. I had my first treatment with Dr. Pistilli yesterday and the pain and stiffness were significantly better this morning. Very good at his job. He really cares about the patient and puts the patient first. He listens to you very well too. His new way of schedule is new and online but so easy to do once you get used to it!

I herniated my L4 and L5 discs in 1978. I have a patient of Dr. Pistilli at Woodbury Chiropractic for many years as I continue with Chiropractic maintenance. I visit monthly for maintenance adjustments. These loosen my spine , back and neck and reduce or eliminate any pain. I have also been shown daily exercise to keep reduce or eliminate pain from daily activity. I was also provided with methods to loosen my hip joints to eliminate pain when walking. I refuse to have surgery and have found a Chiropractic maintenance to be a great way to reduce pain and continue my life with minimal if any pain.
