The staff is inefficient & lazy, with the exception of the Ophthalmology department who are wonderful. (Pricey... we'll worth it). One doctor bad mouthed her staff to me. Dr. Coletti is amazing. Currently on hold for 20 minutes and twice they've asked me if I was being helped. Called again couldn't squeeze me in until August...looking for a new practice.
