They provide excellent professional craftsmanship with installation, great communication before, during and after the job and excellent advice during the planning stage of the job. They went out of their way to make us happy with our new ac and heater.
Don and team were wonderful from start to finish in replacing our air conditioner unexpectedly. Patient, understanding, and attentive. They answered all of our many questions and provided honest feedback. Very appreciative that we were given this referral, would absolutely recommend and use them again. We recently found out that our hot water heater had died. After using WB Stewart and son we decided to call them in again. They came out that day and determined yes the hot water heater was done and said they would be back the next day with a new one.
Mike along his co-worker and I apologize but I forget his name showed up and got to work. And in under 2 hours they had a brand new one hooked up and ready to roll. As always we were totally impressed with their work as well as their prices.
We will always continue to use them. Don thank you for always having such a good team that comes out and takes care of your customers.
