The 20 year old furnace for my duplex 2nd floor stopped working a few days ago. I did a web search for a good repair service in the Deptford area, and as usual, the big name companies showed up, but I was looking for a local provider. WB Steward had good reviews so I called and got an appointment to check out the problem. Justin, a service technician, came out the day before Christmas, spent 90 minutes doing a thorough examination, and found that a part had broken and needed to be ordered. No pressure to replace the furnace, no high price quote for the repair, and no extra charge for the inspection. Just a promise that the part would be ordered and installed the day after Christmas. He returned today and did the job quickly and efficiently, and best of all, the price was $150 less than the original quote! Also, he'll be back in a couple of weeks (to make sure the part is working properly) to do a complete tune-up at no additional charge. I give WB Steward a 5 star A+ review. Great way to start the New Year!
They provide excellent professional craftsmanship with installation, great communication before, during and after the job and excellent advice during the planning stage of the job. They went out of their way to make us happy with our new ac and heater.
We decided to change from oil to gas. We had several companies come in and give us quotes. Don came in and gave us a quote. they weren't the cheapest but they had the most knowledge and pointed out something with our water heater that we didn't even know existed. there was a problem with the exhaust and the venting with our heater was not efficient. The crew. Mike, Rob, Dan and if I miss anybody I apologize, worked their butts off getting this job completed and I can't say enough nice things about them all. My dog liked them. anybody my dog likes I know to trust lol. I like the fact that they're local and if I need any repairs done they will be here for us. Again thank you guys for all the hard work you did. It was a pleasure meeting you all.
