Today was great at Eastern Dental. The Dentist Dr. Lopez was very thorough. Stated his recommendations and suggestions to keep my teeth in good shape. Judy the hygienist was very good, really a good cleaning. Wasn't going to return bc last year, seem like the Dentist then was in a hurry and a 5 minute cleaning from the hygienist was terrible. So happy things have changed. Will keep returning if it stays this way. Only problem i seen was booking too many patients at the same time. Hopefully they correct it.

Everyone is always very nice there. However, more often than not, I am waiting 2 hours or more for a scheduled/routine visit. Something has got to change if I am going to stay a customer... and I have been going here since I can remember. My time is valuable though, and I feel it is ridiculously disrespectful to disregard peoples' time.
