Angel cleaned our rugs 2x over the last two years. We are very pleased with this company - they respond quickly to inquiries, communicate every step from appointment setup to after completion follow-up, they show up on time, and do a great job. Their prices are competitive and a local private business. I used to rent a machine from a box store and that would save me money, but first I'd spend most of a day doing the work, the rugs never came out as clean, and they took a long time to dry (they dried within 3 hours after this cleaning - we went out to lunch & some errands, came home and moved everything back into place). Returned from vacation and our dogs had an accident on the rug. Called Rise N Shine Cleaning and they were able to come out the next morning to clean our carpets. Angel was very professional and did an amazing job in a short amount of time. I would definitely use them again.
