Angel cleaned our rugs 2x over the last two years. We are very pleased with this company - they respond quickly to inquiries, communicate every step from appointment setup to after completion follow-up, they show up on time, and do a great job. Their prices are competitive and a local private business. I used to rent a machine from a box store and that would save me money, but first I'd spend most of a day doing the work, the rugs never came out as clean, and they took a long time to dry (they dried within 3 hours after this cleaning - we went out to lunch & some errands, came home and moved everything back into place). I highly recommend Rise n Shine. I can only speak for rugs - I have not used other services.
