Several companies came out and give us an estimate for our Cape with dormers after repairing multiple leaks. Elite Roofing gave us the most thorough estimate and Viktor took the time to explain everything to me because I didn't understand low slope roofing. When it came time for our roof replacement Elite Roofing Solutions took their time and replaced 11 pieces of rotted plywood, replaced an improper vent that had no flapper, and installed flashing that was missing and causing multiple leaks. This company does not cut corners and it shows in the quality of customer service and work.
The One Year Anniversary Review – I wanted time for the roof to settle..lol. Roofing companies are like a box of chocolates. You never know which one is good until….you watch them do your neighbor’s roof. I got real lucky. Each of my neighbors left and right and across the street all received new roofs last fall. So what you do is get a 12 pack of beer sit in your lawn chair and watch them all work. I’m old school; I watch more of how they work as a team, before, during and of course the late evening cleanup & attention to details. So out of the three was the chosen one Elite Roofing. Vic was great, he came out measured, I told him I wanted the exact same shingles as the neighbors. He gave me a quote which was about 1K higher than the others I received. But I know they do great work and I am more concerned with the final product then what the cost was. The major plus was, he let me charge it on my Credit Card, so I got some massive rewards back. I also did some research how to make the crew happy from other roofing reviews. So we went to Dunkin Donuts and got 3 dozen boxes of donuts and a gallon of coffee…I wanted them real sugared up so the roof rip off goes quickly. When they saw the donuts & coffee on a chilly November morning they were so happy. They shingled the entire roof by dusk, clean up was still not completed I told them just come back when there is more light there in no need to rush through it. Next AM they were back with the cleanup crew and they knocked it out in two hours. The amount of roofing nails in my lawn was staggering to say the list. They really had a cool rolling magnet that sucked them all out of the grass. No issues with leaks during the winter rainstorms. Came spring we had an issue with the attic fan and Vic came right over. He found that the fan blade with hitting a nail. The summer bake with monsoon rainstorms was the real test. Nothing no leaks…I am very happy.
I am so please with Elite roofing and Specially with Victor and his staff. All of them did extremely good work in my house with porch, gutters and intstall new roof Good Job Elite Roofing Solutions LLC.
