They were very slow to respond to online inquiries. I was ready to place an order after getting a few important questions answered, but by the time I finally got the information, the horn was gone. I also had to call multiple times just to figure out what was going on.

They may be fine for in-person shopping, but based on this online purchase experience, I would not consider them again.

UPDATES: They reached out to me for remediation on the issues I encountered. Raising from two stars to four stars.

Five Stars - Exceptional Instrument & Service!
I recently purchased a used trumpet online from this fantastic company sight unseen, and I couldn't be happier. The quality of the instrument is absolutely excellent—it plays beautifully and the craftsmanship is top-notch. The customer service was also outstanding from start to finish.
