I had some Mouse/Rat traps placed in my back yard and Joshua did a fantastic job! He explained everything to me very thoroughly. He couldn’t have been more professional and nice. The service is well worth the money and this company is phenomenal usually giving you a 60 day warranty and they will come back out and apply more things that you need with no questions asked. Not sure how to add another stellar review of Bowco and technician Venex, they are always ready to come back out and retreat any additional issues I discover and are quick to remind me when the dog can go in the treated area!
DaQuan came and was very professional and explained everything used and when to let my dog in the treated areas. He even left some treats for him. Always a great experience with Bowco.
I received excellent service. Ruben Garcea addressed all of my issues. He sprayed for ants and other pests and left traps for rodents.
If possible, I would appreciate it if Bowco assigned Ruben to handle my three treatment-per-year duties.
