I’ve been coming to this salon since it first opened. I was 8 years old then. I originally would come with my mom, and it would be a mommy-daughter day, where we would spend the whole day getting pampered. As I grew up, I started going on my own, and the environment has always been clean and welcoming. When I went out of state for my undergraduate degree, I visited different nail salons near the school, but I didn’t enjoy any of the experiences. I’ve been to color nails three times. The owner is always warn and welcoming. I showed her a picture of the color and style I was looking for and she gave me exactly what I asked for. She was able to match the color perfectly. I I am in love with the finished product. I also appreciate that she takes appointments and provides quality service that doesn’t feel rushed.
This is a funny story to conclude 2025. Dear all clients, I’m frankie and my mom is the owner. At the salon, we welcome everybody and we take time to do customers. We think that rushing is not ideal, so that is the reason my mom appreciates all appointments. But, funny story, this morning, when she was working on a client, someone called to ask for two regular manicures at the same time. My mom said that we cant take 2 clients at the same time because currently our employee was on vacation, and that my mom could do one at a time. The customer said nevermind and hung up.
