My baby Loki was having sudden GI issues. He threw up several times in a day, was refusing food, and overall very lethargic. I called the office with my concerns and I was seeing a doctor within 30 minutes (thankfully I live really close). Dr. Rabin was amazing and I wish I had gotten the tech’s name from that day but she was so great as well! He’s a very anxious cat and they worked hard to keep him as comfortable as possible while he was being checked.Dr. Rabin was extremely thorough. Not being new to the Burlington area but new to this office, I must say they are truly a Loving, Caring, and Understanding office. No judgment and they talk with you about everything you need to know. My Babygirl doesn't take kindly to strangers, but she was instantly relaxed and comfortable with everyone here. Love this place

All the doctors and front desk staff are always helpful and kind! We always have a good visit and take both our cat and dog here. Never have to wait long and never feel rushed. So grateful to have them in our area
