Great first experience here! Check-in with the receptionist was friendly and prompt, and my nurse Tashena was so upbeat and friendly as she took care of me and explained the information I needed to know. Dr. Shah was also very friendly and I feel confident being treated by him.
As I walked in rushing The atmosphere was nice. The front desk receptionist were awesome very friendly laughter easy to talk to felt at home like if I was a patient there for years.
I cannot say enough Great things about Dr. Shah, he was Awesome. I was nervous and dealing with something new so not sure what to expect, I was skeptical. Dr. Shah called me and we talked and moved forward, he has made this experience the best it could be. He explains things so you understand and makes you feel very comfortable with a sometimes embarrassing situation. I cannot forget to mention his MA, Tashena, she makes you feel like she is your friend and Shirl, the OA is right on top of things assuring you are all set. I Highly recommend Dr. Shah and his team.
