We had a great experience with Jerome and his team on a complete pack out and return of all of our household items due to water and smoke damage from a fire next door. The team was cordial and helpful. Jerome was a particularly good communicator so that we knew exactly what was going on at all times. I couldn't have asked for more support during a difficult time for the family!
Fernando & Javier did a wonderful job helping with a remediation job. They and their crew were flexible schedule wise which was incredibly helpful and they were efficient and knowledgeable. They were able to answer any questions we had and were very responsive if we contacted them in between their visits.
Fernando and Javier they were prompt and the times that they said that they were coming pleasant to work with answered all my questions make sure I understood exactly what they were talking about explaining everything that they were doing. Did a great job at what they do everyone that worked with them was respectful pleasant to work with did their job. I would recommend them to anyone else that needed this job done look forward to working with them in the future if needed I give them a five star floor, their job and their performance.
