My last experience with this shop was excellent. Fatou and Abby are braiding stylist that are professional, kind and accommodating to the customer, Abby is still there which a good thing. Unfortunately, Fatou is no longer there. I found her to be replacement to be unprofessional, loud and often on the phone. She was 45 minutes late for a 9 am appointment! I should have left then, it definitely was a bad sign. She had two of us scheduled (braiding)at the same time and needed help to complete our hair. While Abby was cranking out customers left and right with satisfaction. I would suggest booking appointments with Abby.
My experience is with Abby. The shop has great braiders but I’ve only been to Abby. My girl Abby never disappoints. She makes sure when you are leaving her chair, you leave completely satisfied. When I first went to Abby, I told her about the condition of my hair; thin sparse edges and my plans on growing it out. She gave me great advice and my edges have grown out a lot since going to her. I trust no one in the area except for her when it comes to my hair. She has been a hair stylist/ braider for years and you can tell she loves doing hair. Five stars! Totally recommend.
