I started my loc journey in 2016 and needed a salon to help me maintain my locs. I found Natural by Nature when they were in the Willingboro Market Place and have been coming to them since. They made me feel welcomed, heard my concerns and have been taking care of me since. Almost 10 years into my journey, and my locs are healthy!
Kim is in her God given purpose. She has been my main stylist and never disappoints. Whether I show her a picture of a style I want or she uses her own creativity, my hair ALWAYS comes out amazing. She accommodates her schedule to fit mine.

My main shop was closed so I called ahead and made an appointment. Showed up on time to make a good impression in case I wanted to become a loyal customer. Braider went to lunch when I got there and returned 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment. Disappeared during the wash to go buy and eat a donut. Disappeared for about 5-10 minutes after the hair dryer cut off. I had already been sitting under it for like 30/40 minutes. Played loud cursing Netflix shows from a phone while braiding my hair. They charged me $110 BEFORE TIP to wash, deep condition (an up-charge I didn’t necessarily ask for) and braid my hair down in preparation of a wig. Maybe my fault for not asking...read full review

Honestly I give them three stars because they did a pretty decent job on the actual braiding proportion, but I don't appreciate sneaking bites of donut whilst washing my hair when you were already late from lunch and turning a 1.5 hour process into a 3 hour process.
