Melba is very personal and meticulous, and focused about the care of your hair treatment.
I have been a customer of Melba's for a very long time. My two daughters really loved her, and the kindness she always brought to her clients. Now that I am in N.C. I really miss my hairstylist. She is very professional. If you are ever in Willingboro, NJ look Melba up. Patricia Wright Dill
