The Reception today was very nice, helpful and friendly as always to who ever you're and always polite and welcoming me... SJRW provides great reception always. I was greeted warmly as usual, was helped before I reached the desk and everything was in a quick and easy manner. They're always Helpful, patient with you, no matter what your circumstances are... Weather you're Strong, Weak, Young or Old or Moderate in age and Strength. Their professionalism speak well and their timing is quick and efficient and easier with their Staffing help. The receptionist was very personable and sweet! Paula the ultrasound tech was the kindest person ever and so understanding! Scheduling was quick and easy and had my appointment done in 3 working days due to fasting and early appointment needed.
Location is great but billing department is awful. Numerous attempts to reach a live person then they can’t or won’t even help. They tell you to have your medical insurance company call them which is not helpful when the client is trying to get them paid. Very disappointing how much time the client is inconvenienced
