John is awesome. Very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and professional! I was having problems for over two months before I came – after a couple of sessions, I already see a change. I would recommend Toro to anyone in the area.
Update: I’ve been still coming to this gym for a couple of years for personal strength training and it has truly made a difference in my health and recovery. I feel better than I have in years thanks to his guidance. My only wish is that the gym had longer hours—I’d be here even more often!
I’m obsessed with Toro PT. John, Tim, and Mason are the best. I started with no gym experience, looking for help with some back pain and overall strength training. John and his team make you feel welcomed and meet you where you are. I recommend this place to anyone who will listen!
