Being a business owner I know that misunderstandings can happen. Andrew did an excellent job in resolving an issue that arose and I appreciate the solution Steeplechase came up with. They manage 2 properties I own and will continue to get my business.
I’ve never been so impressed with a lawn care service until I started working with Steeplechase. My lawn has never looked so lush and weed-free! What sets them apart is their attention to detail and personalized approach. Instead of just following a routine schedule, they actually take the time to assess the lawn and address any issues on an individual basis. The entire crew was clean, neat, and when they we're finished and left, you wouldn't even know any work was done here.
We worked on phase two this year of our horse pastures and property, we have one more pasture to go once it's complete.
Some other companies in whatever field they're in just install and never call you back ,or take forever to get back to you because you are not a priority anymore.
