In today's world of extremely poor or non-existent customer service, Central Electrical Company truly shines. From my initial phone call, Linda was responsive, proactive and compassionate. The speed with which she got the ball rolling on our project was mind-blowing. Our electrician, Tyler was equally impressive. He came to our house, did his job and even circled back to explain something to me that I didn't initially understand. Every business out there needs to take a page from Central Electrical Company's book!

We had our kitchen redone and had to have lights installed. Worked with Linda to schedule and Tyler to do the work. This was the best experience ever and the price was reasonable. We will use them again with no hesitation!

I highly recommend these guys if you live in the Williamstown area then your in luck because they are local, they are very professional and go above and beyond to make you happy ,when Central Electric finished the job ,it was a big fat W on my chest and that W is for Win ,I got a win ,my home is secure my family is safe and I can't thank the crue, Tyler and his Dad enough!
