This office was put on my new insurance because I didn't have one to chose. I did look at the ratings before I made an appointment & they have excellent reviews. So I decided to try Dr. Scott Kuptsow named on my card. I haven't had or been to a primary doctor for over 9yrs at least. Everyone in the office were pleasant & Dr Kuptsow listened to all my concerns & took care of writing out all the paperwork needed to get things checked out. Very happy with the doctor.

Dr. Scott kuptows is one of the best family Dr's around. My family have been going to him for years. Excellent bed side manners and the staff have always been nice. I have read some of the bad reviews and just don't get it ?

I am a new patient here and so far I have been very pleased. It was easy to schedule and the office people were very nice at check in. I didn’t even wait very long in the waiting room. Dr Bandy was very knowledgeable and took my concerns seriously and had certain tests ready and scheduled same day. If you’re complaining about this place you were probably part of the problem. Rules are very reasonable, show up on time and remember your insurance card. The lady in front of me even showed up 20 minutes late to her appointment and they still fit her in
