We called Roto-Rooter when we had a sewage backup on our lawn. They came later than the window we were told, but they did show up same day and it was a Sunday. They snaked the pipe and discovered tree roots in the sewer line. They also ran a camera down the pipe and concluded that the pipe had collapsed and would need to be replaced. The price was higher than we expected but they did try to work with us on that. They came out to replace the pipe that same week.
