i got my first tattoo a few days ago at this place. i liked the artist, he was very focused on his work. he didn’t speak any english so if he had a question he would get one of his coworkers to translate which i appreciated. id rather him get up to get someone to ask a question rather than just do what he thought. the stencil didn’t show the very faint lines so he looked at the original picture and took his time adding in the small details. the guy downstairs, i believe his name is juan, was very nice and helpful with all my questions. the only thing i will say is that it was a little overpriced because my tattoo is small, simple, and no color. otherwise great place...read full review

We didn’t have a good experience with the piercer as he was extremely rude and lacked basic customer service skills. The piercings themselves were fine. HOWEVER, EZ the store manager was amazing and took care of us. He assured us that he would take care of speaking to the piercer for future clients. And I will be back just because EZ turned our experience around and really cared for the customers and it showed.Service: Ear piercing

Couldn't ask for a smoother, easier nose piercing than what Johnny did. He also was teaching brother, so he explained quite a bit more in depth about the piercing, healing, aftercare, and so on. Great experience and can't wait to go back.Service: Nose piercing
