Atlantic Cape Eye Care provides excellent service, with Dr. Frankel graciously and quickly attending to patients' needs, even replacing a missing screw at no charge. However, some patients have experienced difficulty in reaching the office staff. The practice has relocated to 3307 New Jersey Ave, with free parking available.
