Brought our two dogs in for their vaccinations and heartworm prevention. First time customers here and did not have paper copy of past records. The front desk worked very hard to track our records down but was unsuccessful. John assured us it would be fine and that we could update records later. He was kind and gentle with our dogs and made sure we were well informed with the exam and vaccines they would be receiving. Dr. Knox was funny, kind, extremely knowledgeable and very good with both of our dogs. It was a very good experience and our vet visit went smoothly. Would recommend!

I love and entrust Whiting Veterinary Clinic. They treat my pup as if it was there own. Unfortunately I cant say as much for their clientele! There are some rude old cat people. I just ran into an old cat woman and of course there the worst people imaginable. As most old cat women are. We were booking our next appointment at front desk when the old cat lady walked by, while my pup is sitting right next to me. This old bat had the nerve to say "curb your dog". I've never heard anyone say that especially when my pup is sitting right next to me. I was quite perplexed cuz as I did smell urine and was wondering if my pup pissed on her or was she using my pup as her excuse for smelling like pee. It amazes me how classless old cat people are. And it's ALWAYS a cat woman. Please don't use my pup as a your reason you smell like pissed because you soiled your diapers. Stay away from old ladies with cats. Funny but true story.
