I have been going to Dave's Village Auto for many years. He is thorough, knowledgeable, and honest. It's evident he really cares about his customers and their vehicles. In addition, his prices are extremely fair. He's everything you would want in a mechanic, which is rare and hard to find. I am very careful with how I treat my vehicles and who I allow to work on them. I can honestly say I have full trust and confidence in him working on my car.
I generally don’t leave reviews but my experience here was very good. I had a noise issue on a car and had taken it to three different shops trying to get it resolved. Needless to say those shops did not fix the problem. One shop stripped the studs on my right front tire, another left my windows open overnight, and the other supposedly replaced a part costing several hundred dollars that did not fix the problem. I took it to Dave’s and they fixed the problem in less than half an hour. I was skeptical after the previous experiences but after a week the noise issue has not returned.
