I went to this office for a couple years for cleanings and checkups and it wasn't a pleasant experience for me. The main issue is that the dentist does the cleanings (not a hygienist) and every time it was extremely rough to the point of me leaving with a mouth full of blood. I even told her it was hurting while she was cleaning but she just continued on anyway. It was so bad the last time that my teeth were extremely sensitive for a couple of weeks after. I've always had good experiences with hygienists and never was in pain or bleeding from those. On a positive note, the assistant Jess is very nice.

I went to them a little over a year ago. It was just the one girl and her assistant. They filled a few cavities and then I got some other work done somewhere else since I needed an implant and they could not do it. When I came back they wouldn't do a cleaning without X-rays ($300) and I told them I had just paid for X-rays after the implant and would rather have them forwarded so they told me to leave. They then billed me as a canceled appointment for about $50. I was kind of upset about that and wasn't really impressed about them to begin with so I never went back. Dr. Reddy is a great dentist. She does the cleaning herself with high end tools that make the cleaning quick and painless. Her assistant, Jess, is always really nice and attentive. Dr. Reddy always explains everything and will tell you all of your options so that you can decide for yourself what you would like done. She stays up to date on her techniques and knows the latest in dentistry. She is very intelligent and warm hearted.
