After a bilateral hip replacement and physical therapy, I gradually went on to participate in classes and resumed my exercise routine! Such a welcoming facility with caring staff and classes/equipment for every fitness level.
Awesome place to work out, just don't expect a call back or a reply from an email if you have a question. Called several times and emailed the "aqua advisor" 2 weeks ago. You might be better off going in person. No CNN, so that's a huge plus!!!The staff is super friendly and helpful
Love the Whitehouse Station location!! The staff is amazing, the facility has everything you need and it just has this amazing community feel. Special shoutout to Tracy, an instructor there. I’m relatively new to the gym and have taken a few of her classes - she made it a point to remember my name and refers to me each time. It might seem like such a small thing, but when joining a new “community” it really is the warmest welcome!!
