Without question, IAV delivered above and beyond for our special event. It was not just what they did but how IAV did it that made the difference. With only a few days’ notice, Mark and his team, Jay & Oscar, IAV worked with us on our content, which included a slide show and extensive audio as part of the presentation. Space was limited, but the placement of the equipment was spot-on. The calm and good humor that Jay & Oscar displayed made working with them a dream. Our charity was about to use IAV but “donated” services from a competitor took precedence. Mark was very professional and responsive from the get go. Seemed like IAV would have been an excellent value. Will keep the door open.
