He explained everything he was doing, gave me choices when able, and gave me advice during the process. He did a beautiful and precise job, and cleaned up afterward. He even told me how to properly clean the grout. He answered all of my questions (even the ones I had after he left). Great guy to deal with, and prices are reasonable.
