I’ve got to give a huge shoutout to Hofmeister Plumbing. They handled the installation of my new heating system and I honestly couldn’t be happier. Harold showed up right on time, explained everything in simple terms, and made sure the whole job was done the right way. The difference in my home is unbelievable — the heat is running smoother, quieter, and way more efficiently than before. You can tell these guys know what they’re doing. Had a sewer backup at 9pm on a Thursday and Harold from Hofmeister Plumbing answered the phone himself. Not a call center - the actual owner. He walked me through what to do while his guy Shawn was already on the way. Shawn arrived within 45 minutes, diagnosed the main line issue, and had us back up and running by midnight. Nearly 60 years in Westwood and you can see why - they treat your emergency like it’s their own house. Fair pricing, no games, just honest plumbing work from people who’ve been doing this since 1966. Excellent response time, fair pricing and quality work. Nancy was terrific making suggestions and coordinating the job activities. Shawn’s knowledge of older homes helped me gain some insight to issues beyond the surface of a property going on the market. Highly recommend.
