We hired GDC to finish our basement , as well as, gut and renovate a bathroom. From estimate to completion, Rick and his team were excellent! They were knowledgeable, detail oriented, expert craftsman, hard working, honest, trustworthy, courteous , respectful, flexible, and kind. Worked out thoughtful solutions when any unforeseen issues arose and guided us through the renovation from start to finish Rick was easy to contact and quick to respond. We were looking to get our basement finished, and GDC had the best intersection of price and scope of work. We were given options for the amount of work to be done at various costs, and Rick worked with us to find the right intersection of budget and features we wanted.

Throughout the work, Rick was always available, and we were able to work through some changes and additions as things became apparent during the work. Any extra charges were all minimal and communicated clearly up front; a lot of the shifts were just thrown in as they didn't create any extra work, and GDC didn't try to turn them into more charges.
