There was a misunderstanding on my part as far as scheduling an appointment online. Mine was never confirmed. I offered to reschedule but the staff was kind enough to let me have an appointment even though they weren’t expecting me. Dr. Smith is great, very patient, taking the time to explain everything and answering any questions. I found the staff to be very friendly and accommodating.
I have been going to Dr. Smith since 1988 because he has always taken excellent care of my eyes. His staff is friendly and so helpful. I would and have recommended his practice highly!
