The service was what I expected, the techs were professional in all aspects of the job to be performed. They laid down drop cloths to protect the carpet , clean n inspected the gas stove as required, installed new remote control system, explained all aspects of the work performed an left the work area better then they found it.

Zach serviced our very old gas fireplace. Zach was professional, skilled, knowledgeable and took the extra time to ensure fireplace electric wiring and all the components were working properly. Jose helped clean and assist. When finished our fireplace looked amazingly clean and the output of heat increased two fold!! Extremely satisfied enjoying our fireplace again!!!

Eddie was my tech this morning he was right on time. After introducing himself he laid out a game plan for the service he got right to work thoroughly inspecting my fireplace explaining every step along the way. When completed he went over the findings showing me some problems he discovered. After going through options and recommendations he gave details on the next step. His main goal was customer safety I never felt pressured and would highly recommend this company!
