I hated the dentist more than I hated my high school bully. The staff even during this pandemic are the kindest and show the patients and the most respect I have ever received from a doctors office. I had a root canal That didn’t hurt my cleaning hurt more the doctors explain everything that’s going on they don’t treat you like you’re just a paying customer they interact crack jokes and before you know it everything is over. And if that wasn’t enough I just got a phone call asking how I felt and it wasn’t one of those phone calls you had a root canal yesterday how do you feel goodbye they were genuinely concerned I would Recommend them to Everyone who wants a good dentist. Now I just need to find a primary physician that has the same level of professionalism and cares about their patients like they do.

Came here as a new patient today. Felt welcomed as soon as I walked in the door. Baraba at the front desk was very helpful , and the hygenist Rebecca was absolutely wonderful. She was so informative and really took the time to thoroughly clean my teeth, and explain what I had going on with them, and even explained all my xrays to me. She told me what she was doing every step of the way. The woman who checked me out (I forgot her name, sorry!) was also great! Will definitely be returning. Big thanks to the great staff here!!
I enjoyed my visit there everyone was very friendly and very caring concern in the doctor he's very considerate and all the staff his care and concern they talk to you and the therapy dog is the greatest you must go there thank you . Thank you Westfield dentist I'll be back again
