Yesterday, I brought my cat to Westfield Animal Hospital as an emergency. Everyone was incredibly kind starting with the woman who answered the phone and was able to squeeze me in. Im sorry I didn’t get everyone’s name and can only remember Dr. Loomis’ name. The outcome for my cat wasn’t what I hoped for but I will never forget the kindness and compassion shown to me and King Charlemagne. I would’ve posted yesterday but I was very upset. I just wanted to thank everyone that I had the pleasure of dealing with. Thank you all.
