Michelle the owner is kind and prompt in her communication. 2 weeks prior to my wedding she installed a full set of tape in extensions for my big day, they came out beautiful and also really elevated my day of style. Her and her staff arrived on the day of my wedding early and set up quickly, my entire 9 person bridal party was completed with hair and makeup over 45 minutes before our contracted finish time.
