I love the fact that you can control the temperature in the sauna. The suites are absolutely luxurious and it's wonderful to have this all to yourself. I didn't realize the effect of the Vitamin C shower until later on when my skin was still feeling smooth and hydrated. One hour of absolute calm and quiet, plus having the option to decide how much time you use each amenity in the Suite. They offer free YouTube streaming and you can log into Netflix. Next time I will have my Spotify account set up on my phone (I know I'm way behind) so I can put on a meditation while in the sauna. Really great experience. The facility is clean, well-run, and the recovery sessions actually make a difference. You leave feeling reset, not just relaxed. Staff is professional and makes everything easy. Highly recommend if you take recovery seriously.
