JAG in Westfield is amazing. I went in with a strained SI joint and hip from over doing it. After a few weeks of not improving back to the doctors for films and a consult. The whole staff is so supportive. The PTs and PTAs make sure you're doing your exercises carefully and correctly. It's easy to get appointments and they're flexible around your schedule. If you someone like me who doesn't always remember to put your schedule in your phone, you can always make your appointments easily on their portal which is not complicated to access. After breaking my ankle and needing surgery, I was overwhelmed trying to find a physical therapy clinic that accepted my insurance. I called several places, but none felt quite right—until I spoke with this team. From that very first phone call, I felt a warm, positive energy that gave me hope.

Once I started therapy, I knew I made the right choice. The staff is not only friendly and professional, but they also push me in the best way possible. The therapists have given me a wide range of exercises tailored specifically to my recovery, and they make sure I’m challenged every session. Lisa and JAG staff are just amazing. Knowledgeable, experienced and most importantly patient, while rehabilitating patients with the small but also serious injuries. Highly recommend JAG staff and this is coming from someone that dealt with multiple catastrophic injuries and very long rehabs !!!
